Ivan Evans, popularly known as Ebon, is the leader of the Meta-Breed and Static's biggest nemesis. He is the older brother of Adam Evans (Rubberband Man).
Physical Appearance[]

In his shadow form, Ebon's body is a black human shadow in appearance as his eyes are white with no pupils and has short black hair which is tied in five braids almost being bald as his form is in purple hue and has hoop earrings in each sides of his ear. He wears only a gray vest and his pants and shoes are part of his shadow form. In the third and fourth season, his hoop earrings are no longer a pair and one single hoop earring is on the left ear.
Human[]
His human form is shown in the episode "Power Outage" where he appears to look similar to his brother Adam/Rubberband Man who had black hair, dark tanned skin and black eyes. He still wears the gray vest from his shadow form, with the black sleeveless undershirt, purple jeans with a black belt around his waist and black leather shoes. The single hoop earring on his left ear appear silver.

Ivan Evans, also known as Ebon, is a cunning and calculated criminal who eagerly confronts any scenario that deviates from his expectations, armed with a masterful ability to manipulate situations to his advantage. Ambitious and driven by a desire for power, he embodies an enigmatic and merciless aura that allows him to effortlessly navigate the shadows he favors over the light, showcasing a relentless and aggressive nature that defines his every move.

- Shadow Manipulation- Ebon can seamlessly control the shadows and darkness surrounding him, wielding them to either bind, attack, or deceive foes with clever illusions. He can also camouflage, but only in areas with darkness present.
- Shapeshifting- Ebon has performed multiple instances of shapeshifting such as giving himself an additional pair of arms to stretch out and attack a flying enemy.
- Teleportation- By standing near a surface with a shadow, Ebon is able to not only teleport himself but other people into a dark vortex that can engulf anything.
- Elasticity- Ebon can stretch out his limbs to attack foes from a distance. He can enlarge his limbs to attack. He can also stretch his body to evade attacks or get close to the enemy.
Weakness[]
Besides being harmed like a human being, Ebon’s weakness is light. Since he’s literally a living shadow, his shadow-like body begins to burn (disabling his powers for a few seconds) when exposed to strong levels of light; among the things that can disable him are the sun, street lights, and electricity of any kind.
