The quantum vapor is a special gas found near the docks of Dakota. During a gang war, the police accidentally shot the canisters containing it causing a massive, purple, puffy, cloud to overtake the gangbangers. At the scene was |Virgil, Madelyn, Ivan, Adam, and Nina. The gas would also cause late boomers as well.
