Royce and Frankie stole a briefcase from a man on the subway on their way to school. After they opened the locked briefcase, they discovered that capsules of the Bang Baby gas were inside. Though Frankie wouldn’t take any of the gas, Royce took too much and was transformed into a hideous Bang Baby, one that was eventually stopped by Static.
