Adam Evans, otherwise known as the bang baby Rubberband Man, is an ally of Static and the younger brother of Ebon.
Physical Appearance[]
Adam appears to have short black hair as opposed to his brother Ivan who has his hair tied in five braids to make him almost bald.
As Rubberband Man during the first and second season, he was seen wearing a skin tight violet catsuit with a white belt to his waist and white shoes. He also wears a matching head mask with five white streaks on his head. In the fourth season, his catsuit is now the same color as his brother Ivan in his shadow form which is black in purple hue and maintains his white belt and boots and he is not wearing a head mask.
Personality[]
Adam is a kind and good hearted person on the inside showing how he first encountered Static, even though he tried to intervene he spared him knowing he's not the enemy. His kindness is deeply shown in his civilian life being a good hearted person to everyone especially to Sharon and Virgil. His kindness however can be clouded by his vengeance. He feels that any person that wronged him or ruin him needs to be punished. He fixed this and became Dakota second superhero who works with Static to fight crime.

History[]
Before the Big Bang, Adam was an inspired rapper who wanted to make it big until a executive producer plagiarized his music and took it for an upcoming rapper Ice Pack.
Appearance In The Series[]
They're Playing My Song[]
When Adam discovered his ability of being made of rubber he decided to take revenge on a record producer who gave the whereabouts on Ice Pack. Adam went after Ice Pack by going after him in his moving car by knocking them around for bit before slingshot them in the air to have them be saved by Static. Rubberband Man went up to the car to interrogate the rapper before being interfered by Static. Static wanted to reason with Rubberband Man which Adam declined and defeated Static with his rubber-like body being an isolation. Rubberband Man at first thought of ending Static but realized he's not the enemy before going off and finding the real people. Rubberband Man brought the rapper up to a tall building to interrogate him by attempting to murder him by pushing him off the building who was saved by Static. He went to the executive producers mansion to get his revenge before the producer opened the vault and offer his money only to close it, sealing him in with limited air supply. Static comes and opens the vault door. Static made a money statute posing as him to have him and the producer get away as Static traps him for the police. Static grabbed Rubberband Man and tied him up to a Merry-go-round, where the police picked him up to be brought into custody.
Bent Out of Shape[]
Rubberband Man escape prison and posed as a new hot rapper named Stringer while dating Virgil's Sister, Sharon. He met Virgil who he didn't know was Static. He started to perform on stage before it set on fire due to issues with fireworks. Static got everyone out and approch Stringer who was with Sharon. He decided to leave with her before Static grabbed his arm which stretched. Sharon and Static realized Stringer is Rubberband Man, Sharon ran off. Rubberband Man got mad and was about to attack Static before seeing the cops and flee into the sewer. Rubberband man pose as a trash can to see Static take off his mask before a dog came and blew his cover. He threw Static in a dumpster and removed his mask but Static was still covered by trash. He nearly got to him before getting thrown by Oynx. he as introduced by Puff and saw what she could do. He fled while Virgil found something that could be used as a mask. He entered Sharon bedroom to meet with her after her dad walked out. Sharon got mad at him for not telling the truth which Adam understands. He told her he's leaving town instead of going to prison since it's scary since they don't like metahuman. They talk and sort things out before Virgil arrives home which Adam turns into a vacuum to avoid getting caught. Sharon brings him to the living room where he turned back before hearing Virgil coming and turning into a couch. Virgil saw the couch and decided to test it out before Adam couldn't take it anymore and showed himself. Virgil got defensive before Sharon protected him. There was a knock and Adam hid again where Puff showed herself as a policewomen but Virgil slammed the door and Oynx came barging in and took Sharon which got Adam out of hiding. Virgil killed the lights which gave Adam time to run with Sharon. Adam brought Sharon to a building roof before puff came in with a knock out gas which discombobulate him. He crawled off the roof to get them away from Sharon where Onyx was waiting. Static arrived where both Adam and Oynx fell through the field bleachers. He laid there with Onyx while Static fights Puff. He made puff destroy the support beams for the bleacher where it fell on them but Adam made it out okay. He approach Static wanting to settle the score. Sharon appeared reminding him of the good person he is and decided to call it off. He helped Static round up the Puff and Oynx then turned himself in to serve the rest of his time.
